Caracaghjolu Neru & Nielluccio
Cosica, France
Aromas of fresh black fruits followed by flavors of black cherry, black berry
and strawberry. A hint of vanilla from light oak aging. On the palate, the wine
is light and refreshing more along the lines of a Pinot Noir.

Greece has been producing wine for thousands of years. This wine is a perfect
example of the wonderful quality that comes from this part of the world. A
blend of 50% Syrah & 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, the wine consists of bitter
chocolate, dried fruit, vanilla and spices. A must with any of our wet aged beef.

A 50/50 split between Vranec & Plavec, this wine has black fruit and cocoa
aromas as well as a rich fruity structure. Such a versatile wine it can go with
venison, pheasant as well as our wonderful wet aged Ribeye.

100% Xinomavro, This bio dynamically farmed wine is young and fruity with
focused structure, a cru Beaujolais-like combination of jammy, fresh raspberry
fruit and bright, tart acidity on the finish. Enjoy with grilled meats and
veggies, smoky ribs or rich buttery salmon.

Grenache, Counoise, Mourvèdre, Cinsault & Syrah
Santa Barbara, California

This wine is made from a wonderful group of grape varieties that originated in
the Rhone Valley of France. This wine has aromas of Lavender, smoked herbs,
chocolate, baking spices and flavors of black cherry, black raspberry,
Boysenberry and red plum. Aged for 21 months in French oak puncheons, of
which 20% were new.
