Petnat is a sparkling wine that has not had the sediments filtered out. So more
of an old fashioned style sparkling wine that is making a come back. Green
apple flavors from the Mauzac grape variety and spice from the Petite Sirah.
Lovely as an aperatif or with lighter foods.

Pinot Grigio
Stajerska, Slovenia
This wine is unfiltered and underwent grape maceration for 47 days. After
fermentation the wine is aged on the lees. This fruit driven wine has a
wonderful strawberry nose along with a wonderful bready quality. Perfect with
seafood or Filet Mignon.

This wine has pronounced aromas of green apple, white peach and floral
nuances. It is a dry wine with refreshing acidity, fruit forward flavors of stone
fruits and citrus accompanied by floral hints, a medium body and a crisp
finish.

Grenache and Roussane, offering surpsing elegance and freshness. Perfect with

Lovely aromas of Jasmine, candied ginger, white nectarine followed by flavors
of grapefruit meyer lemon, keylime, white melon and peach and finishing with
